How did you start the first time in the import export business?
First start of my import export business was on earlier of 80's years when I was an employee for a company as a maintenance research development engineer, my duty was to bring the necessary spare parts for the manufacturing lines then few years later I established my own company to supply equipments and materials, later I succeeded in doing businesses with some clients in middle east countries and till now I export their requirements of Turkish goods and some times I re-export for them some Chinese or European imported goods.
I have not studied import/export in school, but I have graduated from engineering university, intend to go for MBA soon, my advice for anyone starting this business is get organized well then you will succeed.
About Your Business:
Our company established in year 2000 at Caglayan area in Istanbul-Turkey and performed its activities as a leader in aluminum door and window accessories sector. We have a production factory with more than 300 employee and two developed molds factories for aluminum and zinc window and door accessories products, we developed many products for customers in Libya and Syria by making special molds for their products, Our products are Turkish made or imported from Italy since we are agents for few famous Italian producers in same sector such as Ragni, Fapim and Comunello.
