How did you start the first time in the import export business?

In 2005 to 2008, I stayed in college majoring in business English. In July 2008, I left school and went to society for practice. As my own brother is working in Changan town, Dongguan city. First I stayed with my brother. I went to job market for 3 times, at the third time, I found Nosen company wants to start in International business. So I asked the supervisor who told me that previously his company exported goods via a trading company but their profit was little so they want to establish their own international department. They want to start international trade foreign business with 2 sales people. As my English is ok, I get the job with Nosen and working there so far. I believe I will work with this company all the time.

How to develop my International business? First, normal ways, to send the email to the potential clients, I did that for 2 months and found that it is not useful. So I suggested to my boss to become members of a trade board and we did. I received inquiries from them and replied and sometimes over the phone. I learned foreign business step by step along the way. In 2010, as our international business expanded, we invited another person to join us who is from India and he is now working in our company. I believe that Nosen will have a good future with international business.
